Resolution Authorizing Code Enforcement Officials to Attend Local Code Enforcement
Seminar
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on October
15, 2008.
The meeting was called to order by Christopher Colsey, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:

Maureen McCarthy (arrived at 7:11 PM)
Joseph P. Paoloni (arrived at 7:07 PM)
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by
Councilman Bettina.
WHEREAS, New York State certified Code Enforcement Officers are required to attend
twenty-four (24) hours of training per year to maintain such status; and
WHEREAS, George Kolb, Director of Code Enforcement has requested that the
following employees be authorized to attend a local seminar for Code Enforcement Officers with
the cost of tuition only paid by the Town of Wappinger:
George Kolb - Director of Code Enforcement
Mark Liebermann - Fire Inspector
Tatiana Lukianoff - Zoning Administrator
Salvatore Morello - Code Enforcement Officer
Susan Dao - Code Enforcement Officer
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby authorizes the aforementioned employees to attend a
local seminar for Code Enforcement Officers, with the cost of tuition at a per
employee cost of $65.00 paid by the Town of Wappinger through budget line item
B3620.400.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
