In 1985 I built a pole barn. At that time I did call the building
department and was told that no permit was required as long as
there would be no concrete floor. It has been there ever since.
Do you remember who the Building Inspector was at the time?
No I don't.
What do you store in it?
One half has wood in it and the other side has pool and lawn
equipment in it.
How far away from your house did the building dept tell you it
had to be?
10 feet.
I think we will do a site visit on November 22,2003.
At this time Mr. Wagenhorst brought additional pictures up to
the board for inspection.
Are you selling?
No.
How long are you there?
Since 1977.

We need to add a family room, bedroom and garage. We are
combining two families and don't have the room we need.
I see your asking for a front yard variance, do you also need a
side yard variance?
I think so.
There are actually two variances needed.
1'11 correct that in the morning.
Do you have formal plans yet?
Yes, I gave it to Tania. It's just a drawing the builder did. I do
have a survey here.
Please let us see that.
