We've been in front of the Town Board for a Special Use Permit and the Planning Board for Site Plan approval. We need a 8 foot high fence for security reasons and we have been referred to you for a variance. Our fence is within a 8 foot side yard setback. We would like the 2 foot variance to bring the fence to 8 foot with slats for security and for privacy. This is not a big deal. We granted one for Cellular One and we usually grant them for Utilities. We will schedule your Public Hearing for October 15,2003.
