I just want to wrap my existing porch around a bump out on the
comer of my house. My house is Victorian and has a lot of detail.
So you have an existing porch and this is just to extend it?
Yes.
So the existing front porch is 19.3 feet from the road?
Yes. It will just have a roof, we are not enclosing it.
How big is your property?
22.10 acre.
We will do a site visit on September 27th and set your public
hearing for October 15, 2003.
Thank you.

Mrs. Rawald:
We need 20 feet on the side but our house is only 14 feet from the
side. The house was built in 1972 and the front needs 35 feet and
we only have 31 feet. We have two kids and my mother is in a
wheelchair and comes with an aide and we simply don't have any
room.

Mr. Rawald:
The architect assumed we only needed 10 feet from the side and
he felt we already had 14 feet. We are also building a garage inti
our driveway.
Mr. Fanuele:
You are asking for a lot of variances.
Mrs. Rawald:
Both our neighbors have houses that are quite a bit away from
ours.
At this time the Rawald' s came up to the board to show them
plans.
Mr. Fanuele:
We will do a site visit on September 27th and set your public

This substation has to meet extended needs for electric. We've been
in front of the Town Board for a Special Use Permit and the
Planning Board for Site Plan approval. We need a 8 foot high fence
for security reasons and we have been referred to you for a variance.
Our fence is within a 8 foot side yard setback. We would like the 2
foot variance to bring the fence to 8 foot with slats for security and
for privacy.
This is not a big deal. We granted one for Cellular One and we
usually grant them for Utilities.
We will schedule your Public Hearing for October 15,2003.
The ZBA askedfor a letter to be written to the Town Board inquiring
as to why they were not paid for their site visits.
Motion to adjourn.
Second the motion.
All present voted aye.
