This looks like this is going to be non conforming. When was the house
built?
The house was rebuilt in 1994. There was an existing house and we
rebuilt. I don't know when that was built.
Your well is in the back and the septic is in the front?
Yes.
You are not going to come close to the septic.
The septic will be about 8 feet from the garage.
When did you purchase the property?
In 1990.
It looks like it is non conforming and if it is you can only increase it 50%.
The front of the house is 50 feet now, and you are putting on a 6 foot
porch?
Yes.
What are dimensions of the garage?
24 x24 feet.
Mr. Lehigh: We will have a Site Inspection on October 28,2000 at 9am and the
Public Hearing on November 28,2000.
