Mr. Sasser: December 27th. Do we have a correction?
Mr. Prager: Yes. One on the first page. Actually, it is the second name
down. Mr. Hirkala. I don't believe he was at the meeting to make a
motion.
Mr. Sasser: I don't believe so either. Either that it was
Mrs. Nguyen: Must have been Mr. Lehigh then.
Mr. Sasser: Probably it was.
Mrs. Nguyen: They sound an awful lot alike.
Mr. Lehigh: Is that it?
Mr. Sasser: Anyone else have any comments or corrections?
Mr. Lehigh: I make a motion that the minutes be accepted as corrected.
Mr. Prager: Second.
`Vote : All ayes.
Mr. Lehigh: Mr. Hirkala abstains.
Mr. Fanuele: I abstain. I wasn't here.
Mr. Hirkala: I was not either.
Mr. Sasser: we have three ayes.
Mr. Lehigh: Two abstentions.
Mr. Levenson: Mike abstained and Vic abstains?
Mr. Sasser: Correct.
Mr. Lehigh: Neither one of them were there.
Mr. Hirkala: I had a better one then Vic did.
Mr. Sasser: We were dealing with big fish and you was dealing with little
ones. The next item is an adjourned public hearing. Appeal ##1182 Auto
Bahn Cafe. It appears that there is nobody here. Herb, he was to present
some information to you for the board. Is that correct?

Mr. Sasser: I think it would be appropriate at this point and time to
make a motion to adjourn it to January 24th. Should he bring it forward
then ..
Mr. Hirkala: At which time I think, is there such a thing? Didn't we
used to do a first call, second call?
Mr. Levenson: Yes. You can do a first call. You can do the first call
now. Then do your second call.
Mr. Sasser: O.K. we will reserve it for second call then. Which will be
Mr. Hirkala: This will be the first call. I imagine that he will be
notified that he has got to get moving on this case.
Mr. Sasser: Appeal number, second item on the agenda tonight is appeal
#1175 CLY Realty. I have a letter from CLY Realty indicating that they
have not finished the preparation for this meeting as they had wanted to
-epare, asking for an adjournment until January 24th.
Mr. Lehigh: So moved.
Mr. Sasser: We have a motion from Mr. Lehigh to adjourn it until the
24th.
Mr. Hirkala: Second.
Vote: All ayes.
Mr. Levenson: We received the driveway easement and the maintenance
agreement and we will furnish it to you in the next mail.
Mr. Hirkala: CLY Realty?
Mr. Levenson: Yes.
Mr. Sasser: I am going to make a second call right now for Auto Bahn
Cafe.
Mr. Levenson: I think you should give him 10 minutes.
Mr. Sasser: You think so?

Mr. Sasser: All right. We have a motion from Mr. Lehigh and we have a
second by Mr. Fanuele. Appeal ##1182 is the second call at the request of
Auto Bahn Cafe. There is nobody here. Can I have a motion to adjourn it?
Mr. Prager: So moved.
Mr. Hirkala: To January 24th.
Mr. Sasser: A motion to adjourn it to January 24th. And a second?
Lehigh: Second.

Mr. Hirkala: I would like to ask the Zoning Administrator to notify these
People whether or not they would like to continue.
Mr. Levenson: I will notify them in writing.
Mr. Hirkala: So, by the 24th we will know whether they are going to
continue or not?
Mr. Levenson: Yes. Kindly notify this office whether they want to
continue.
