Mrs. Cologna: Our property is pie-shaped, plot plan shows old Zone R40/20, copy of the plot plan
49 feet is side of the house, wrong. The measurements are from comer of deck, that's where the 49 feet are,
Rear comer goes 60 feet, the rear is high.
Mr. Lehigh: We can come look at it, Saturday, March 17th at 9:30AM, stake out the pool location.

HEART ACURA seeking a variance for sign height of 15' & 30 SF sign size from Article V, Section 240-29,
Sub Section F, Paragraph 2, of the Zoning Law of the Town of Wappinger requiring 10' max. sign height, 25
SF max. sign size and applicant also requesting a 6'6' setback from Article V, Section 240-29, Sub Section F,
paragraph 2, requiring a 25' set back from front property line, therefore seeking variance of 18' - 6". Property
is located at 1468 Rt. 9, and is identified as Tax Grid 6157-04-570395 in the Town of Wappinger.
After hearing Mr. Marsh explain what Heart Acura is looking for, Mr. Lehigh and the Zoning Board members
\..,.. advised him, because Heart Acura is already in front of the Planning Board, their issues would be handled by
the Planning Board. The Zoning Board did not need to decide any variance issues.
