Mr. Lehigh: Made a motion to accept the minutes of September 24, 1991 with
corrections to pages 7 & 8.
Mr. Sasser: Seconded.

Mr. Hirkala: First item on the agenda is a Public Hearing. Appeal 4 1.1.10. at the
request of Clifford Morin, seeking a variance of Article IV Section 4,211 where R
1.00 foot width is required. Applicant needs a 12.46 foot variance for his lot
line alignment on property located at 194 Widmer Road and being parcel =
6258-01-426798 in the Town of Wappinger.
Mr. Morin was present.
Mr. Hirkala: Made a motion to open the Public Hearing.
Mr. Sasser: Seconded.
Mote: All ayes.
Mr. Levenson: Mr. Chairman, for the record this has been properly advertised
and the mailings are in order. I think what you should understand is that we
are doing is an error correction.
Mr. Sasser: He is just moving the lot line.
Mr. Levenson: Correct, no building.
. Hirkala: How many years has this existed like this?
Mr. Moritz: About 25 or 30.

Mr. Morin: No. I found out about it as I am trying to sell the house. When a
survey was finally done, that is when I found out about the problem.
Mr. Hirkala: This is an R-20 area?
Mr. Levenson: Yes, I believe it is.
Mr. Lehigh: If we grant this you are going to make this non -conforming, right?
Mr. Levenson: It's been non -conforming for 30 years.
Mr. Hirkala.: All we are doing is adjusting the nor. -conformity to make it more
correct. The request is to make it more conforming then it is. That :is what the
request is for. Any comments from the Board?
Mr. Sasser: There is no change, or impact.
Mr. Hirkala: Anyone else have any comments? Anyone in the audience want to make
a comment?

Mr. Levenson: Mr. Chairman, I would make a suggestion that you call it first,
and then if you want to second call it in 10 or 15 minutes and he doesn't
appear we can adjourn it again. He was notified.
Mr. Hirkala: I agree with Mr. Levenson to give him 15 minutes to show up. I
call Mr. Daly. Adjourned Public Hearing Appeal # 1117 - request of James Daly
owner of the Auto Glass .Shop, seeking a variance of Article IV Section 422, for:
additions to existing building where it is required to maintain a 75 foot
frontage, applicant requires a 22.6 foot variance on the North side of the
building and a 17.1 foot variance on the South side, on property located on
Route 9D and being parcel # 6057-04-819102, in the Town of Wappinger. Is Mr.
Daly present?
Mr. Levenson: No Mr. Daly is not present. Let the record show that the first
call was made at 7:40 P.M.
Mr. Hirkala: I'll have a motion to adjourn the meeting for 15 minutes.
Mr. Lehigh: So Moved.

withdrawal of Mr. Knoller, on the Dairy Mart on 9D.
