1. Approval of the minutes of the March 10th and March 24th meetings.
Public Hearin
Anneal # 1127 - At the request of R F V C Enterprises Inc., seeking several
variances as indicated below.
1. Densityvariance: Article IV Section 446.815.1, requiring a minimum lot size
of 5 acres for a used car sales lot, and your proposal contains only 0.55
acres, therefore requiring a variance of 4.45 plus or minus acres.
2. Lot Depth - Article IV Section 422.25, requiring a 200 foot lot depth in the
HB District, and your proposal contains only 153 plus or minus feet, therefore
requiring a variance of 47 plus or minus feet.
3. Front Yard - Article IV Section 422.25, requiring a 50 foot front yard in
the HB District, and your proposal contains only 22 plus or minus feet, there-
fore requiring a variance of 28 plus or minus feet.
Maximum Densitv Cars - Article IV Section 446.815.2, requiring maximum den-
