Yes they are. Motion to open the public hearing. Second the motion All present voted aye. We have been waiting for the opportunity to have a garage. We couldn't before because we had well and septic but now that water and sewer has been brought in we can now use our backyard. We will be taking down two sheds once this is built and we will use the rear for storage. We have over 10 feet between the house and the proposed garage. We have given this much consideration to our neighbors and our neighborhood. Is there anyone in the audience with a question? Hearing none. We did a site visit and we appreciate how nicely it was marked out. Motion to close the public hearing. Second the motion All present voted aye. Motion to grant the variance. This will not produce an undesirable change in the neighborhood. There really is no other place to put this although this is substantial. I see no adverse environmental affects and this is self-created. Second the motion Ms. McEvoy-Riley: Mr. Casella: Mr. DellaCorte: Aye. Aye. Aye. Motion to adjourn. Second the motion. All present voted aye. Barb: rti, Secretary ZoOilg Board of Appeals
