change in the neighborhood. There really is no other means
although this is substantial. I see no adverse environmental affects
and this is self-created.

Mrs. Paino:
We require a variance on the left side of our property for a garage. Our
property is only 80 foot wide and we are looking to build a 24' X 32'
garage. We will once done replace the two sheds that are existing. We
had a septic tank in the back yard and really couldn't use it and now we
have sewer and can finally use the back yard for this. We have given this
a lot of thought and believe this will enhance our property.
You said both sheds have been there, do you have permits for them?
Yes we bought them in 1977 and they are both legal.
How did you get your wife excited about a garage?
I think it will be nice to have. At this time plans were brought up to the
dais.
Do the neighbors on this side have a structure?
No but they have a new deck and a centrally located shed. We have a
funny shaped lot.
Will this be a one or two story garage?
This will be a one story.
Can you find out how high this will be and get that information to us.
We will provide that and our house is a cape.
