We are removing our breezeway and our one car garage and would like to replace it with a two car garage. We are going forward in the front and out in the back a little bit but the side is staying the same. We all went out and did a site visit on this property. Are you using the same footprint? To the side yes but we are going out both front and rear a little. Motion to close the public hearing. Second the motion. All present voted aye. Motion to grant the variance. This will not cause an undesirable nor adverse affect in the neighborhood. This is not substantial although it is self-created but there really is no other way to achieve this. Second the motion. I would like to make one that is 12' X 16'. When I came here the building department said I only needed 40 feet but now it says 50 feet. I thought I only needed a variance for 3.5 feet. Do you have a survey? Brought a survey up to the board. How old is the house? 1991. My neighbor on the left is very far away from me and said he didn't mind the new deck. When did you purchase this house? In 1991. Do you know where your lot line is? Yes we still have stakes out there. Good. Put some new stakes in for us but make sure that you know exactly where your property line is and we will come out and take a look at it. On his survey it shows he has 275 feet from the front to the rear. We will do our site visit on this Saturday, September 15,2007 and we will have your public hearing on September 25,2007. Where exactly is this? At the end of All Angels Hill Road make a right at the Mobil Station and I am the third house.
