Swore in the applicant.
My property is on a slope and tapers down from my neighbor on
Mina Drive and is semi pie shaped. It flattens out at the bottom
which I felt would be the best place for the pool where it is level.
How long are you the owner of the property?
Since 1983. I had a pool in there since 1983 that was 21 foot
round. It got so old I decided to replace it and make it legal.
Back then I didn't know that I needed a permit.
We did a site visit out there and it is very tight. Is there anyone
in the audience with a comment? Hearing none.
Motion to close the public hearing.

I'll motion to grant the variance. I don't believe this will be
detrimental to the neighborhood, I don't see any alternatives
and although it is substantial I don't believe there will be any
environmental impacts and this is self-created.
