Dear Ms. Bombardieri:
With regards to the above referenced parcels I enclose a copy of Section 240-20 of the
Code of the Town of Wappinger which addresses the subject of required street frontage.
In this particular instance both lots are not land-locked and have sufficient road frontage
on Pine Ridge Drive. Accessing said lots from the rear of the property, utilizing the
adjacent paper road, would not only require a Variance from the noted section of the
Code but also necessitate bringing the paper road into compliance with Town standards.
