Dear Chairperson Lehigh and Members of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Board of Appeals:
I am writing, once again, in connection with an application
for a variance by Jeff Hunt. At my request, this matter was
placed upon your agenda for September 9, 2003. Thereafter, I
wrote to you to advise you that I would not be representing Mr.
Hunt.
Subsequent to this last letter, I met with Mr. Hunt and I
have agreed to continue to represent Mr. Hunt.
Please note that the request for a variance is withdrawn
without prejudice. Rather than seeking a variance, Mr. Hunt
intends to seek a floodplain development permit. If he obtains
t:nis permit, the need for a. vari'ance will be obviated.
Based upon the above, please be good enough to remove the
Hunt matter from you September 9, 2003 agenda.
I apologize for the confusion that may have been caused by
