CONDITIONS/STIPULATIONS: The following conditions and/or stipulations were adopted
by resolution of the Board as part of the action stated above:
The Zoning Roard of Appeal~ ha~ voted to grant MrR. Hait a variance of S<feet
for ~ side yard setback. This makes her side yard setback IS feet to allow for
a 20 X 24 foot detached garage.
The Zoning Board of Appeals also granted a 30 foot variance for a rear yard
setback, resulting in a rear yard setback of 10 feet.
