CONDITIONS/STIPULATIONS: The following conditions and/or stipulations were adopted
by resolution of the Board as part of the action stated above:
The Zoning Board of Appeals has voted to grant a variance of 5 feet for a
side yard setback to allow for a 28 foot above ground pool, thus resulting in
~ ~ide yard setback of 20 feet. The Zoning Board of Appeals also granted a
rear yard allowance of 15 feet for this 28 foot above ground pool, thus resulting
in a rear yard setback of 35 feet.
