CONCLUSION: THEREFORE, IT WAS DETERMINED THE REQUESTED VARIANCE

CONDITIONS/STIPULATIONS: The following conditions and/or stipulations were adopted
by resolution of the Board as part of the action stated above:
The Zoning Board of Appeals has granted a variance of 24.4 feet to allow a
rear yard setback of 15.8 feet for an existing 21 X 12 foot shed. The existing
conditions apply. If for any reason the easement would need to be accessed the
homeowner has agreed to move the shed at their own expense. Also if the shed is
to be replaced in the future, the new shed may not be placed it this footprint,
but instead must meet the required current zoning code and be placed outside of the
Town easement.
