CONDITIONS/STIPULATIONS: The following conditions and/or stipulations were adopted
by resolution of the Board as part of the action stated above:
The Zoning Board of Appeals has granted a variance of 20 feet allowing a
a rear yard setback of 30 feet for a 27 foot above ground pool. The board
stated that the property is in an R-40 district and is an undersized lot,
thus creating the hardship.
