CONDITIONS/STIPULATIONS: The following conditions and/or stipulations were adopted
by resolution of the Board as part of the action stated above:
The Zoning Board of Appeals has granted a variance of 20 feet to allow for a
27 foot above ground pool, giving the property at 14 Montfort Woods Road a 30
foot rear yard setback. The decision was based on the fact that the property is
in a R-40 district and is a undersized lot.
