Dear Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Little:
I have received your note of June 13, 2003, regarding your request to re-
grade your front yard to have steps leading onto your porch intrude into the
front yard setback. Your request is DENIED on the basis of Section: 240-37
of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Law, which stipulates:
R-40/80 ZONING DISTRICT has a front yard setback requirement of 50
feet. At present your as-built shows a front yard setback of 50.1' and you
propose a revised front yard setback of forty-eight feet (48').
You have the right to appeal this decision to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
The required forms can be obtained at this office.
