CONDITIONS/STIPULATIONS: The following conditions and/or stipulations were adopted
by resolution of the Board as part of the action stated above:
The Zoning Board of App~~lf?-.. hq.s' voted: to grant a variance of 23.5 feet to allow
for the installing of a deck with above ground pool. This will give the property
at 2 NamothRoad a rear yard setback of 16.5 feet. They also stated a condition
that the owners plant several trees as a buffer for the adjoining neighbors.
