CONCLUSION: THEREFORE, IT WAS DETERMINED THE REQUESTED V ARlANCE
BE (x) GRANTED ( ) DENIED.
CONDITIONS/STIPULATIONS: The following conditions and/or stipulations were adopted
by resolution of the Board as part of the action stated above:
The Zoning Board of.:'~p'pe,&.ls"has voted to grant the following two variances:
1. The first variance is for a side yard setback of 2'8 inches for a 15 X 12
shed,' granting a variance of 7' 4".
2. The second variance is for a rear yard setback of 3' 6" for a 15 X 12 ihed.
This grants them a variance of 6' 6".
The ZBA has included the condition that if the shed were to be removed, a
new shed would have to meet current zoning standards.
