the Town of Wappinger Zoning Law, which stipulates:
R-15 ZONING DISTRICT has a front yard setback requirement of 35 feet and you
provide a front yard setback of twenty- four feet (24') to the expansion at the front of
the house. The side yard setback requirement is fifteen feet (15') and you provide a
side yard setback of two feet two inches (2'2").
