CONDITIONS/STIPULATIONS: The following conditions and/or stipulations were adopted
by resolution of the Board as part of the action stated above:
The Zoning Board.ot-.Ap.p'e~ls" has granted a rear yard variance of 17 feet to
allow for an above ground p6bl of 15 X 30 feet. This give the property at
75 New Hackensack Road a rear yard of 23 feet to the pool.
