Your Application for a Sign Permit for a free-standing sign at the above referenced
location is denied due to non-compliance with the approved and amended Site Plan,
signed July 19, 1996. In addition, the proposed location does not meet the requirement of
Section 240-29F.(2)(a)ofthe Code of the Town of Wappinger which reads" ...... ....A
freestanding sign shall not be located closer than 25 feet to any front, side or rear lot
line. "
You have the right to appeal this decision to the Zoning Board of Appeals within 60 days
