You said that there wasn't any paperwork and that I should simply write a letter to the Town outlining my intentions. As it turns out, my files contained the enclosed forms and instructions that were obtained from your office in early 2003. I have completed the forms and they are included along with a check in the amount of $35.00, the required fee. As we have previously discussed, the entire building and the parking lot are all existing and there is no renovation or improvement that would require a building permit.
