Conditions/Stipulations: The following conditions and/or stipulations were adopted by resolution
of the Board as part of the action stated above:
The Zoning Board of Appeals has vo~ed to grant a 24 foot variance for the installation
of an in ground pool. Where the applicant needed 50 feet to the rear yard setback,
he can only provide 26 feet to the rear, thus needing 24 feet.

Wappinger Zoning Law, which stipulates:
R-40 ZONNING DISTRICT has a rear yard setback requirement of 50

You have the right to appeal this decision to the Zoning Board of Appeals
within 60 days of the date of this letter. The Zoning Board of Appeals meets
