RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING LEGAL PAID HOLIDAYS FOR 2003
At the reorganization meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls,
New York, on the 2nd day of January, 2003, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. colsey and seconded by
Mr. Paoloni
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to establish a schedule of paid holidays for
2003, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board will include one floating holiday in conformance
with the Town's Holiday Policy, and
WHEREAS, Town Hall, Highway, and Recreation employees have been polled
and have chosen December 26, 2003 as the floating holiday,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Holiday schedule for 2003 is as
follows:
