Conditions/Stipulations: The following conditions and/or stipulations were adopted by resolution
of the Board as part of the action stated above:
The Zoning Board of Ap eals has voted to grant a variance of 1.8 feet for the side yard.
Where the side ard setback should be 20 feet, the applicant could only provide feet.
Therefore the variance of 1.8 feet will allow the 2-car garage to be built wit
yard side yard setback of 18.2 feet.
