Please note that this bond calculation has been done on plans dated last revised February 4th, 1999. At this point, the project has conditional Resolution of Approval from the Town of Wappinger Planning B9~'lrd, but still has outstanding permit obligations. We have calculated the construction value of the proposed work to $324,225.00. It is customary for the Town to add 20% to this fee for the bond amount, which would equal $389,070.00. The eventual maintenance bond, which is 20% of the construction value, is $64,845.00. The inspection fee, which is 3% of the original construction value is $9,726.00.
