Box 324 Wappingers Falls, New York 12590 ELAINE SNOWDEN TOWN CLERK Attention: Paul Foody Reference: Moducraft Homes/Losee Road Dear Paul: As a follow-up to our telephone conversation, please be advised that I viewed the Final Plot Plan prepared by Richard Barger's office for the Moducraft Homes' parcel on Losee Road in your office. As you recall, we had asked that the Federal wetlands be mapped in order to determine if an Army Corp of Engineers Permit would be required. As you further recall, we had asked for this during the Preliminary Plot Plan stage, but did not get it until the Final Plot Plan submittal. The Final Plot Plan submitted to your office indicates that there was a disturbance of some 5,400 square feet of Federally Regulated Wetlands. As I advised, this is under the third acre allowance, and would fall under a Nationwide Permit. It is advised and required, however, that tne Applicant notify the Army Corp of Engineers, that they have identified these wetlands, and have disturbed this amount. I would further recommend that there be a note piaced on the Final Plot Plan ti1at no further disturbance of the wetland be allowed.
