Re: Atlas Wells - 1999
A job meeting was held on August 16th, 1999 in the afternoon at the Atlas Well site. In attendance were
Jim Duncan of S.B. Church Company, Dare Fitzpatrick & Michael Tremper of Camo Pollution Control
and myself.
The following items were discussed:
1. The power requirement for the 72-hour pump test for Atlas Production Well 99-1 and 99-2 was
discussed. It is anticipated that;! 3D-horse and 40-hoffifl motor will be needed, respectively. It was
further reported by Jim Duncan that they had made their original proposal to Leggette, Brashears &
Graham based on not supplying the power, but assumed it would come from existing power on
site.
Camo Pollution Control now has some concerns whether of not this power can be supplied. If
existing No. 3 well needs to be turned on, that power will not be available. If in the event the No. 3
does NOT have to be turned on than that power will be available.
In any event, Jim Duncan is going to get a cost to have a generator on the site and to have it
manned.

Re: Atlas Wellfleld
2. Prevailing Wage Rates were discussed, with the end results being that all work being done on the
project for the construction of the two wells will be paid at prevailing wage rates.
3. There still is an open question regarding the 72-hour test. If existing power can be used, and if
transducers are to be installed to monitor the pump level, it is anticipated that Leggette, Brashears
& Graham will be on site to monitor it. It appears from their proposal that this is the case, however,
I would ask that they confirm this.
4. The location of Atlas Production Well No. 99-2 was discussed. It was decided that this well will be
drilled just south of 97-1. It appears that this can be done without interfering extensively with
existing production Well No.1. However, we will monitor that during the drilling process.
5. With respect to progress on Atlas Production Well No. 99-1, approximately 30' of 24" casing has
been installed and they have drilled to approximately 38' through the cobble layer. They will start
setting 20" casing tomorrow. The screen and gravel was ordered, over-nighted, and is in SB
Church's yard. This will be delivered tomorrow.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
