Re: Wood Easement
I am in receipt of your November 23rd, 1999 correspondence regarding the above referenced item.
Please be advised that your notes should indicate the following:
1. Removal and disposal of existing shed in the southeast comer of the property.
2. Removal of existing septic tank and distribution box, and replacement of same off the
easement with a 1,000 gallon precast concrete septic tank and a concrete distribution box.
3. Excavation and ieplaGement of existing bloclt patio to facilitate installation of sanitary ~p.wer
line. We will sawcut the existing concrete pad undemeath so as to not to' Cause any damage
to the existing stoop.
4. We will remove that portion of the driveway within the easement to facilitate installation of the
proposed sanitary sewer line. Upon completion, we will re-surface the entire driveway with
between 1"-2" of blacktop.
5. We will install the 4" sanitary sewer lateral to a point no further than 10', no closer than 5' away
from the existing soil line as it leaves the house.
6. You are correct in your assumption that we will need authorization to enter onto the property
for the purpose of locating the existing septic tank and existing distribution box.
