Reference: Wood Easement
Dear AI:
I am in receipt of your December 6th, 1999 facsimile regarding the Wood
easement.
My reference to ". . . no closer than 5' away from the existing soil line as
it leaves the house. . . ", means that we will extend the 4" sewer lateral
from the proposed main to a point as close as possible to the existing soil
line as it exits the house. The soil line is the cast iron pipe that is the main
discharge for sewage leaving the house. It is normally constructed of cast
iron pipe and extended to a point 5' away from the house. We may not be
able to get as close as 5' that is why I put no closer than 5' or no further
than 10'. Practical limitations may become real, and therefore, this range
is necessary.
If there are any "further questions, please do not hesitate to contact this
office.
Ve;J}trulY yours,
