Dear Tom:
I received a call today from Alan Belarge, 232 All Angels Hill Road, regarding his
insurance claim.
He advised me that on this date, he spoke to John Whitney of AIG Insurance
Company regarding his claim. Mr. Whitney reportedly said to Mr. Belarge he was
meeting resistance and receiving no cooperation from New Hope in processing the
claim. Would you kindly look into this matter and report to me immediately.
As a follow-up, I had sent you some correspondence dated July 1, 1998. In said
letter, I had asked for you to contact our office as soon as possi ble so we could
discuss when the last few feet of pipe could be fixed, and a date at which we
could meet and discuss straightening out all charges.
Please contact me to discuss the same.
