Reference: Meter Readings
Dear Chairman Juliano:
Enclosed please find meter readings for the Town of Wappinger sewer flow meter
and the Tri-Municipal flow meter from January 1998 through, and including July
20tn, 1998.
As you can see from these readings, the days when the flows are low the
readings are consistent, and the days when the readings are high due to
infiltration/inflow the Tri-Municipal meter is higher. The reason for this overage
was explained a few years ago by your engineering consultant and to my
knowledge, the situation has not changed.
I will be meeting with Dr. Kumar in the near future to go over these numbers and
a possible solution.
