Re: Edgehill Drive - Drainage Concerns
Research conducted by myself at the Dutchess County Clerk's office
revealed the following concerning Lot No. 31, File Map No. 3063 (5
Edgehill Drive).
The deed to said property is subject to any easements of record, namely
the easement described by Liber 1733, Page 792, which gives Lot No. 31
the right to discharge waters across the rear of Lot Nos. 29, and 30 .
No evidence was found suggesting that this easement was deeded to the
Town of Wappinger.
