January 28, 1997 regarding the above referenced subdivision and the
descriptions.
Please note that we have reviewed the legal descriptions and find them to
be in conformance with the proposed Filed Map dated last revised
September 7, 1996. The descriptions are as follows:
1. Mina Drive dated December 12, 1996.
2. Snow Easement - Lot No. 4 dated December 12, 1996.
3. Snow Easement - Lot No.5 dated December 12, 1996.

We have checked these descriptions for conformity with the proposed
Filed Map and not mathematical correctness. We assume the land
surveyor preparing the descriptions has done that.
