Dear Supervisor Smith:
As an outgrowth of a meeting held on January 7, 1994, between Tim
Classey, Building Inspector; Mark.Liebermann,' Fire Inspector; Craig
O'Donnell, Builder of Pace House; Bob Hettinger, Owner of H.B. Office
Machines; and myself, it was agreed to. that Mr. O'Donnell will do a
certain amount of work in the Spring that was identified in the memo
written by the Buildin~ Department dated January 7, 1994. I have
enclosed a copy of thIS memo for your files.
As you are aware, there has been a long history of correspondence on
this matter. I would appreciate it if you, or any of the people copied in
this letter, would contact this office if they are not in agreement with
the outcome of last Friday's meeting.

TO: Whom It May Concern
It is agreed that the $2,000.00 escrow pollected for seeding
prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy shall include the
~ollowing work to be completed:
Install 4" PVC from 12'! N.W. property corner to a point
approximately 80' south where a trench 8' lon~ x 3' deep will be
excavated and filled with 1" stone.
A earth berm will be placed along the west side of driveway to
channel the runoff to the previously mentioned trench.
