Pace Plot Plan/Hettinger
Dear Supervisor Smith:
As an outgrowth of our January 10th Workshop meeting, it was agreed
upon by the Builder of the Pace Site to do some work to mitigate the
impact of the runoff from that parcel onto the Hettinger Parcel.
There were some statements made at that meeting regarding whose
responsible for the performance of the work as specified. It should be
known that the work specified is being done by the Builder, and is in
response to Mr. Hettinger's complaint to the situation created by the
construction of that house.
The Town has approved of the plan in concept, however, aSSlJmes no
responsibility in it's design or it's ability to function.
By copy of this letter, I am notifying the Builder and Mr. Hettinger of our
feelings.
Very truly yours,
d?~a .L@
