Berberich/Widmer Road Reconstruction
Dear Supervisor Smith:
As discussed on our December 21, 1995 meeting with Mr. Berberich
regarding the above referenced road reconstruction project, please be
advised of the following:
1. Mr. Berberich stated his concerns regarding the fence
that presently exists along the southerly boundary of
his property. This fence acts a corral for his horses,
and the integrity of same must be maintained during,
and after, construction.
We recommend that we walk the property prior to
locating the fence, and that the construction schedule
be so designated as to have the necessary relocation
of the fence done as the first step of the project.
The Town agrees that they would move the fence, in
kind, to a location that is agreeable to Mr. Berberich.
2. The total acreage of Mr. Berberich's property is a
question. It must be maintained at 10.1 acres plus. If
there is any additional land that could be abandoned to
Mr. Berberich from the previous transfer, it will be
done.

3. A drain on the east side of Mr. Berberich's driveway
will be constructed and connected to the existing
closed storm sewer system. This will be done as part
of the contract work let by the Town.
