Widmer Road Project

Dear Connie:
As a follow-up to our meeting of December 21, 1995 with Mr. D' Albro
and Mr. Berberich regarding the Widrper Road project, I think it would be
prudent at this time to re-visit the discussions at our Town Board
Workshop meeting of March 13, 1995 and our office meeting of July
25, 1995.
In both those meetings, we reported that the construction cost of
Widmer Road is approximately $162,000.00. The SHIPS funding was
$75,000.00. As you can see, there exists a deficit of about
$90,000.00.
One idea at this time might be to make a formalized decision on the
Wheelerhill project. If the decision on the project is negative, then a
request to the appropriate state official be made to ask that the funds
that were originally scheduled for that project be re-directed into the
Widmer Road project.
I think we should get together after the 1 st of the year to discuss this
matter in detail.
