Dear Supervisor Smith & Board Members:
Attention:
I am in receipt of a letter from Michael Schnorr to Supervisor Smith
dated November 6, 1996, regarding sewer and water service for the
parcel of land known as 67 Myers Corners Road.
The parcel of land is located within the boundaries of the Wappinger
Sewer Improvement Area No. 1 and the Central Wappinger Water
Improvement, and therefore, is entitled to service from both of these
entities.
The point of connection for both could be a matter for discussion, and I
would recommend the Applicant detail how they propose to connect to
each system. At that point, the Town could provide the appropriate
service.

As you recall, it is the Town's responsibility to provide service
connection to the property line if, in fact, th~ lot was in existence at the
time of the authorization of the sewer and/or water improvement, for
both of these, 1972. This should be verified by the property owner.

I am in receipt of the letter from Jay paggi dated November 26, 1996,regarding water and sewer
service for the parcel of land known as 67 Myers Corners Rd.
Point of connection: As per my conversations with Dare from Camo Pollution Control,
The sewer will enter into the manhole at the edge of the property by driveway.
The water main passes along side the property on Myers Corners Rd.
The question concerning the propertys existence at the time of sewer and water improvement
is that the house and property was in place since the 1940s .
I would appreciate any help in this matter. Any question please do not hesitate to call me.
