Dear Board Members:
As a result of the November 25, 1996 Town Board meeting, at which
Mrs. Yanitelli voiced her concerns regarding the escrow account and the
process of subdividing the parcel of land she owns on Smithtown Road,
I have researched the amount of our office's bills for the entire year of
1995 for the project.
As you can see from a copy of the client ledger prepared for the above,
there were four meetings which I attended which totaled 3.25 hours.
There was also four reviews which again totaled 3.25 hours. In order to
provide support for our reviews, there was 1.25 hours of clerical time
necessary.
The above hours aggregate a total of $531.25.
As you can see, I very carefully accounted for each hour as to when it
occurred and what was done. I am more than ready to stand by the
amount of this bill and the hours charged. I am also ready to discuss it
at any workshop meeting if the Town Board so desires.
