Dear Board Members:
I reviewed the above Negative Declaration prepared by the New York
City Department of Environmental Protection, and would find that it has
no adverse impacts on the Town of Wappinger.
Please note for the record, that the action is on the purchase of a
permanent easement where there is now some sort of lease
arrangement for the land in question.
