We have reviewed the Pampalone survey entitled,
"Lot No. 21, Block "B" - Quiet Acres", and have found
the following:
1. The Pampalone deed (Liber 1529, Page 423 -
January 31, 1980) indicates Lot No. 21, Block
"B" of File Map No. 2936 was transferred.
2. The Town of Wappinger deed (Liber 1244, Page 749
- March 21, 1968) indicates Lot No. 22, Block
"B" of File Map No. 2936 was transferred.
3. The Pampalone survey indicated ownership by
Pampalone to be Lot No. 21 and part of Lot No.
22.
Our research indicated that we could find no evidence in
the record that a portion of Lot No. 22 was transferred
and became part and parcel of Lot No. 21.
Should the Town wish to pursue this issue, a full title
search could be done to determine the easterly right-of-
way line of Daisy Lane.
Since the ownership of the pine trees is no longer at
issue, the urgency of this matter may not be critical.
