Notice of Claim Regarding Backup on 3 Russet Lane
Town of Wappinge~
I received a copy of a Notice of Claim from the residents on
3 Russet Lane in Wappingers Falls, New York.
The Notice of Claim indlcates that the residents on 3 Russet
Lane had a sewer backup at 4:00 on the 21st day of January, 1997.
The claim indicates that the sewer line in the street clogged,
causing a backup into the house of the "insur8d."
CA.N!O Pollution Control, Inc. has investigated all cf i.t' s
complaint logs and service calls for the time indica::ec.. A~ this
time we do not have any record of a complaint call on t~at date
or a.:1Y date in January, and have not responded with any
corl:ective efforts to clear any l::lockages in tlte street.
