This is clearly spelled out in our specs. Our specs. also clearly state that no bid will be considered that does not comply with this statement. RECEIVED FEB 2 1 2002 TOWN CLERK RESOLUTION NO.~ 2002 RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE BIDS FOR HIGHWAY SUPPLIES The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Valdati and seconded by Mr "Rpj-j-in::l BE IT RESOLVED, that Graham Foster, the Superintendent of Highways of the Town of Wappinger, is hereby authorized to go to bid for various supplies and equipment needed in connection with the maintenance with the Town's highway system and storm drainage system, including supplies, pipes, catch basins, fuel oil, diesel fuel, gasoline, line striping, aggregates, and materials and equipment necessary for the annual bulk clean-up.
