says:
That she is the duly elected, qualified and acting
Town Clerk of the Town of Wappinger, County of Dutchess
and State of New York, and that she did on the 17th day
of August 1972, post a copy of the attached Resolution
Authorizing Issuance of $3,963,320 to Pay the Cos~ of
Improvements for Wappinger Sewer Improvement No.1, which
was duly adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger
on the 14th day of August, 1972, on the signboard maintained
by your deponent in her office in the Town Hall of the
Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, pursuant
to Subdivision 6 of Section 30 of Town Law, and that siad
copy of such Resulution has remained so posted from said
August 17th through and including September 8th, 1972.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the resolution published herewith
has been adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, on the 14th day of ~ugu~._.., 1972, and
the validity of the obligations authorized by such resolution
may be hereafter contested only if such obligations were authorized
for an object or purpose for which said Town is not authorized
to expend money, or the provisions of law which should have
been complied with as of the date of publication of this notice
were not substantially complied with, and an action, suit or
proceeding contesting such validity is commenced within twenty
days after the date of publication of this notice, or such obliga-
tions were authorized in violation of the provisions of the
Constitution.

Sect~~~?~ The maximum estimated cost ot such specific object
or purpose 1s $],963,320 and the plan tor the financing thereot
i8 by the issuance of $3)963~320 serial bonds of said Town, hereby
authorised to be issued pursuant to the Local Finance Law.
S.~tio~_~ It 1s hereby determined that the period or probable
usefulness ot the atoresa.id specific object or purpose is 140 year3,
pursuant to subdivision 4 of paragraph a of Section 11.00 or the
Local Finance Law. It 18 hereby further deternlined tbat the maximum
maturity of tbe aerial bonds herein author1%ed w111 exceed tive
years.
Section 4. The faith and credit ot said Town of Wappinger,
DutChes. County, New York, are hereby irrevocably pledged to the
payment of the principal of and interest on such bonds as the same
respectively become due and payable. There shall be annually apportioned
and a....sed upon the several lots and parcels of land within
Baid Wappinger Sewer Improvement No. 1 which the rrown Board shall
determine and specify to be especially benefited by the improve-
..... aa&Ii&Qunt sufficient to pay the principal and interost on
8aid bonda as the same become due, but 1t not paid trom such souroe,
all tbe taxable real property in said Town shall be subject to the
levY of ad valorem taxes without limitation as to rate or amount
