DBA Community Services Program, was awarded the bid for the sale of the Town Hall on Mill Street, Village of Wappingers Falls, Dutchess County, New York, for the total amount of $82,150.00 which was the highest bid. Snowden Town Clerk gr NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be accepted at the Town Clerk's Office in the Town Hall, Mill Street, Wappingers Falls, for the sale of the Town Hall Building, located on Mill Street, Wappingers Falls, New York. Bids will be received by the Office of the Town Clerk until the 4th day of April, 1985, at 10.00 A.M. and will be opened and read aloud on the 4th day of April, 1985, at 11.00 A'.M. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to advertise for rebids. No bid will be accepted without a non-collusion certificate attached. .-.~.'\!..'~~;~:' INFORMATION TO BIDDERS The Town Hall Building located on parcel Grid #6158-14-313291, on the west side of Mill Street in the Billage of Wappingers Falls, New York. The site measures approximately 56' frontage by 101' depth (see description Liber 1161, pg. 147) and is improved by the three story masonry structure approximately 130 years old. The building is at present being used as offices on the first two stories. The third floor has been used for storage for the past several years. The building rests over a full basement which is divided in two halves with separate entrances to each section. A sketch of the building and lot is attached. Anyone wishing to inspect the site must furst call for an appointment to the Comptroller's Office, between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday thru Friday, 297-0060.
